1. Products & Craftsmanship

All Krishna Madana creations are handcrafted using traditional techniques such as hand weaving, hand printing, and hand embroidery.
Slight variations in colour, weave, print, or embroidery are inherent to handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are made to order.

Once an order is confirmed:

it cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged except as stated in our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before order processing begins.

4. Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping.

International shipping charge: ₹3,000 per order
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer.

All website content, including designs, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Krishna Madana and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Krishna Madana shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including logistics delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Krishna Madana, each saree is thoughtfully crafted and made to order, especially for you. Our creations involve hand weaving, hand printing, and hand embroidery, making every piece unique and personal.

No Returns or Exchanges

As all sarees are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

We kindly request customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order. For any clarification regarding fabric, colour, weave, design, or timelines, customers are encouraged to contact us at +91 8977533059 prior to placing an order.

Quality Assurance & Order Accuracy

Every Krishna Madana creation undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive:

a product with a manufacturing defect,
damage during transit, or
an incorrect product sent in error,

please contact us at +91 8977533059 within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographs. This will allow us to verify the issue and offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Please note:

Minor irregularities in weave, print, or embroidery are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
Colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography and cannot be treated as a reason for return, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not commenced. Once the making process has begun, cancellations will not be possible.

We offer shipping within India. Dispatch timelines and delivery estimates will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select destinations.

International shipping charge: ₹3,000 per order
